1115 12th Street

This one story bungalow has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with metal shingles, has a decorative rake board, shaped eave brackets, and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with lap siding, with channel drop siding in the gables. Windows are primarily 4/4 wood double-hung. The gable roof entry porch also has decorative rake board and eave brackets, new columns and small gable detail. There is early porch infill on the west side. The front door was replaced in the 1990s. A small addition to the east façade has a gable roof. A detached garage, contemporary with the house, lies to the west.
