The City of Oregon City Urban Renewal Agency (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”), through the Economic Development Department, is requesting proposals from developers (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") that are interested in working with the Agency in the redevelopment of the Northeast Gateway Project, (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") through a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).
