As a sponsor, you support these fun, free family events by giving back to the community and providing an opportunity to share in a summer evening of movie magic!

Juneteenth Vendor Applications- Opening Feb 26th 

The City of Oregon City is seeking applications from organizations, businesses, or individuals who would like to participate as a vendor at the City's 2024 Juneteenth Celebration. The event will be held on Saturday, June 15th, 2024 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Library Park (606 John Adams Street, Oregon City, OR 97045).

The event is intended to commemorate Juneteenth, to celebrate our local ties to the Black and Indigenous communities, and to come together as a community united against racism and working towards inclusion and belonging for all. The event will feature educational and entertainment opportunities, as well as community partners that provide culturally-specific resources.

We are seeking up to 10 vendors or community partners who will be able to staff a tent at the event (on the 7th Street side of Library Park) and provide visitors of all ages with educational, informational, cultural, and entertainment opportunities. In addition, we are seeking up to 3 food trucks to sell food during the event.

Concerts in the Park Vendor Applications

Travel Oregon MaterialsApplications will open by February 9th for the 2024 City of Oregon City Parks and Recreation Summer Concerts Hot Food and Refreshment Vendor Application.

Interested vendors must apply for all 7 events. If selected the vendor must commit to vending at all summer concerts. Please complete the attached application. Application submission does not imply acceptance into the event. Vendors are not selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. All vendors will be reviewed by a panel and two reference letters are required. The application submission should also include a photo of your setup. Every applicant is reviewed annually as events are modified or added. Participation in previous years does not guarantee acceptance for future events.

Tentative Timeline:

Application Due Date: March 11, 2024
Application Review: March 12-15, 2024
Interviews (if new vendor): March 25-April 5th, 2024
Award of Contracts: no later than April 9th, 2024

Event Details:

Date:               Thursday’s, July 4-August 15
Time:               Food service takes place between 5:30 PM – 8:15 PM 
Location:         End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, 1726 SE Washington St, Oregon City OR 97045

Description:     Oregon City Parks and Recreation programs a seven series concert series.  The event is held at the End of the Oregon Trail where people gather to dance, sing and enjoy this free community event.  The 2023 line-up includes bands like; Hans & the Wanted (Top 40 Hits), Taken By The Sky (a tribute to Fleetwood Mac), Radical Revolution (Top Hits of the 80’s), Hailey Staton, Kalimba (tribute to Earth, Wind, and Fire), Good Day Sunshine (Beatles Tribute), Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts!

Attendance:    2000-4000 on average

Booth Fee: $50 an evening or 10% of gross sales (whichever is greater) will be paid to Oregon City Parks and Recreation 7 days after the completion of the series.
