Vendor Applications

Applications will open by February 11th for the 2022 City of Oregon City Parks and Recreation Summer Concerts Hot Food and Refreshment Vendor Application.

Interested vendors must apply for all 7 events. If selected the vendor must commit to vending at all summer concerts. Please complete the attached application. Application submission does not imply acceptance into the event. Vendors are not selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. All vendors will be interviewed by a panel and two reference letters are required. The application submission should also include a photo of your setup. Every applicant is reviewed annually as events are modified or added. Participation in previous years does not guarantee acceptance for future events.

Concert Sponsorship Opportunities

As a local business or individual your donation demonstrates your commitment to our community. Your financial support not only helps us continue to offer this cherished community event, but also brings your name to an estimated 30,300 concert attendees! As a sponsor you support these fun, free family events by giving back to the community and providing an opportunity to share in a summer evening of music.

Movies in the Park Sponsorship Opportunities

As a local business or individual, your donation demonstrates your commitment to our community. Your financial support not only helps us continue to offer this community event, but also brings your name to an estimated 2,000 movie attendees! As a sponsor, you support these fun, free family events by giving back to the community and providing an opportunity to share in a summer evening of movie magic!
