This one-story bungalow has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation with vertical tongue and groove skirting. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and has decorative eave brackets. The walls are clad in vertical groove plywood, with lap siding on the gable ends. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double hung. There is a large, fixed picture window on the west façade. The gabled-roof front porch has a vertical wood knee wall and combined vertical and lap wood siding in the gable end. There is a concrete retaining wall with integrated steps.
