This one-story minimal traditional has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with metal and has a chimney rising from the center of the ridgeline. The roof has diminutive eave returns. The walls are clad in wood shingles. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double hung. The gable roof of the entry porch is supported by columns.
