The duplex unit is bi-laterally symmetrical with one side being a mirror of the other. The main roof is a gable that runs parallel to the street. Gables extend out towards the street on either side of the two entrances in the middle of the front elevation. Beveled lap siding covers the structure and wood, 1/1 double-hung windows make up the fenestration. Small garages on either side of the structure are associated resources.
