This one-story former bungalow is rectangular in plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a large shed roof dormer. The house is covered with vertical groove plywood siding and lap siding on the gable ends grounded by vnotch foundation skirting. The dormer has a combination of vertical and lap siding. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung and vinyl sliders. Shed roof porches on the front and rear facades have narrow posts and open rails. The house sits approximately 12 feet above the street level and is accessed by a series of stairs.
