R.D. AND MARY J. PRICE HOUSE -- This one-story house is located on top of the bluff overlooking the McLoughlin Historic District. The house sits under a gable roof and has an L-shaped plan. The oldest part of the house sits under the north-south gable at the east end of the house, and a gable projecting out to the west covers an addition. The house is clad with rustic wood shingles, a replacement of the original siding. A partially covered deck surrounds the house on the north and west sides with a modern lattice balustrade. The windows are typically 1/1 double-hung wood sash with narrow trim. The house has seen a great number of changes over the years, and the original form is not readily apparent.

This property is a locally designated historic site located within the McLoughlin Conservation District. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
