804 4th Street

This 1-1/2 story house sits under a side gable roof with a large gabled dormer on the northeast corner of the house. The main gable is slightly bellcast west of this dormer over the recessed entry porch. The porch features a shallow arch over the entry. A small rectangular bay is cantilevered out from the west side and a hip roof covers the rear entry. The entire house has been clad with stucco and features enclosed eaves with scroll cut barge boards. The house rests on a stone foundation that is visible at the southwest corner. The windows are primarily 1/1 double-hung wood sash with new aluminum storm windows, but small divided light fixed sashes exist in and near the rectangular bay. A one car garage is located at the northwest corner of the lot under a gable roof with open eaves and knee brackets. The garage is also clad with stucco and features a pair of out-swinging doors on the north side and a 4/4 window on the south side.
