This two-story Mediterranean style building is complex in plan due to multiple buildings and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roofs are covered in composition shingles with decorative eave brackets. The buildings are clad in stucco with decorative window shutters. Windows are primarily 8/1 wood double-hung. The main entry doors are covered with pent roofs. Metal railings line the walks to the doors.
