This one-story minimal tract house has a rectangular and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The cross-gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with lap siding with a water table of broken-face brick. Windows are primarily aluminum sliders. A double car garage dominates the front (south) façade.
