This 1-1/2 story minimal traditional in English Cottage mode has a rectangular plan and sits on a board-formed concrete foundation with basement. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is edged with a rake molding a minimal eave returns. The house is covered in lap siding which flares at the basement. Windows are primarily 4/4 wood double hung. An arched vestibule marks the entry. A flat roof garage has been attached to the west façade at the basement level, the roof of which is used as a patio.
