This one story vernacular house has a rectangular plan and a gable roof covered with composition shingles. The house is clad in channel drop siding topped with a wide frieze board. There is a hipped roof bay on the west façade. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung. The shed roof front porch is supported by narrow turned posts and has a low concrete block wall. This house is on a cliff and has 2 living levels.
