This bungalow house is rectangular in plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The eaves are supported by brackets and the rafter tails are exposed. The siding is channel rustic drop with corner boards. Windows are 8/1 and 6/1 wood double-hung windows. The front door is multi-light. The small porch is covered with a gable roof supported by battered posts and has a wood spindle railing. A secondary entrance on the north façade is also covered with a small gable roof. A concrete wall lines the front yard that is approximately two feet above the sidewalk.
