This small tract house has a gable roof sheathed with metal shingles. The building is clad with bevel lap siding and sits on a post and beam foundation covered with a skirt. The house features narrow bargeboards. It has one large wood picture window on the front elevation. The remaining windows are a mixture of aluminum and wood. Some windows have wooden storms.
