This two-story Minimal Traditional house is rectangular in plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles with an exterior end chimney to the south. The house has been re-sided with wood shingles. Windows are primarily multi-pane fixed and 6/1 wood double-hung. There are two projecting entry vestibule additions formed of clinker brick, both with gable roofs. The shed roof room to the north is likely the original sunroom.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
