This small one-story house has a truncated hip roof covered in composition shingles. It has a square plan and sits on a skirted concrete block foundation. The house is clad in vinyl siding. It features at hip roof front porch that runs the length of the front elevation. The porch has four columns with heavy bases. There is also a decorative frieze around the porch. The windows have been replaced with 1/1 sliders. A small addition with a shed roof was added to the back of the house.
