This one-story bungalow has a side-facing gable roof sheathed in composition shingles. It has a simple rectangular and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The house is clad in face-nailed asbestos ceramic siding. The windows on the front façade are 1/1 single-hung wood, with the upper sash being smaller than the lower. Decorative shutters have been added. Many of the windows on the other three elevations have been replaced with vinyl ones. There are brackets on the gable ends. The front entry vestibule is recessed into the house but has no porch. There is a small single detached garage on the north side.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact email@example.com for more information.
