This one-story house has a broken-pitch gable roof with a gabled bay. The roof is sheathed in composition shingles and the house is clad in new lap siding. It sits on a poured concrete foundation and has a rectangular plan. The house has been greatly altered in order to transform it into a duplex residence. The windows have vinyl replacements. The bay that forms the front gable has chamfered corners and is slightly reminiscent of the Queen Anne style.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact email@example.com for more information.
