204 John Adams Street

This uncomplicated c.1922 vernacular residence is rectangular in plan with a front facing gable roof. Simple 4x4 wood posts at the main entrance porch support a shed roof. Two fixed picture windows are present on the front elevation as well as grid vinyl window replacements throughout the structure. The exterior is clad with round edge drop siding. A large established fir tree exists at the south elevation. Alterations include an addition at the rear elevation and multi-light vinyl window replacements typical throughout.
