This commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a flat roof. The exterior has been altered extensively and is a conglomeration of warehouse doors at the rear of the structure and storefront windows at the front. The windows on the main elevation are fixed storefront, while multi-light "industrial" metal sash windows are present at the rear warehouse and appear to be original. A garage door is present on the east elevation of the warehouse portion. The exterior surface is parged with a concrete render in some locations and vertical groove plywood above the warehouse. A brick wall surface is present on the north elevation only. A roman brick veneer wall exists on the south elevation.
