920 John Adams Street

This modern, multi-unit, two-story apartment complex is rectangular in plan with a flat roof. A wide frieze board surrounds the roof on all elevations. The typical window type is aluminum fixed and sliding windows. The exterior is painted concrete at the first level and painted stucco at the second level. Metal stairs and handrails are present from the sidewalk to the upper level. The upper level has full height sliding doors and the porch extends over the first level supported by modern metal posts. Two exterior brick chimneys flank both ends of the structure.
