914 6th Street

This modest bungalow sits under a front gable roof that features enclosed eaves, a narrow frieze, and rake boards. A full width porch runs across the north façade under a hip roof supported by tapered square columns set on wood piers. A solid balustrade encircles the porch, which may be an early addition and also features a wide frieze. The house is entirely clad with vinyl siding and most windows have been replaced with trimless vinyl sliders and vinyl double-hung. The front picture window features vinyl faux divides.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
