This 1-1/2 story house sits under a side gable roof with a shed dormer on the south side. A recessed porch is present at the southeast corner of the house, where the main gable is supported by a large square column. The gable and shed dormer feature wide barge boards, open eaves, and knee brackets typical of the style. The house is clad with narrow lap siding above the fully developed water table, and the foundation is skirted with wide drop siding. The windows are primarily 1/1 double-hung wood sashes arranged in pairs with plain board trim. A small garage is located at the northeast corner of the lot under a flat roof and clad with drop siding.
