This simple, one-story Minimal Traditional house c.1947 sits on a concrete block foundation and is topped with a gable-end roof punctuated by a secondary gabled entry over a recessed stoop. The house includes a basement. All windows have been replaced with vinyl. Numerous mature trees in front and to the east shade the house. There are decks at the rear of the house.
