This two story commercial building has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The flat roof is built-up and the walls are covered with stucco. Windows are primarily large 1/1 fixed-pane and multi-pane casement. Upper windows are 18-pane, metal sash. The main entrance is recessed. A flat metal awning extends across the entire width of the front façade, projecting past the west corner to provide coverage for the windows on the corner of the west façade. The west façade has a secondary recessed entrance also covered with a flat awning. Concrete is scribed on upper level.
