Located on the corner of the block, this one story commercial building has a Y-shaped plan with two covered fueling islands. The flat roof is built-up and the walls are covered with brick, vertical tongue and groove, and wood shingles. Windows are primarily large fixed-pane. The two bays of the south wing have multi-pane rolling doors on each façade. The bathrooms at the rear have their original doors.
