This one-story front-gable-and-wing T-shaped plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles. The walls are clad in drop siding grounded by a water table. Windows are primarily large, fixed pane with ribbon transoms. The hipped-roof front porch is supported by truncated posts on a solid rail, and there are two entry doors off the front porch. The front door is bungalow-era.
