This one story house has lost almost all of its integrity over the years on its way to becoming an office. The bellcast hipped roof is covered in composition shingles. The walls are covered with plywood panels and battens, and adorned with modillions. Windows are primarily aluminum sliders. The front entry porch is covered with a shed roof and is accessed by steps and a ADA ramp. A side entry has a small uncovered porch.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
