This single story vernacular rests on a raised, poured concrete foundation. Its rectangular plan is capped with a front facing gable roof covered in composition shingles. The residence is sided with channel rustic drop siding and features wood 1/1 double-hung windows. The front facing gable is adorned with fish scale and cove shingles. Other decorative features include the frieze; interior chimney; cornerboards; and the watertable and cap. Alterations include the rear addition; the fixed pane window; the entry hood; and front porch railing.
