This single story residence has a complex plan that sits on a poured concrete foundation. Its front facing gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by an interior chimney. The exterior walls are clad in vinyl and the windows are vinyl 1/1 double-hung. The front entry hood is supported by two pairs of square posts. Decorative features include the rake moldings and narrow cornerboards. Alterations include two additional sets of front steps with railings, a wood deck, and the rear entrance.
