This 1-1/2 story bungalow has a rectangular plan that rests on a concrete foundation. Its front facing gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by an exterior, tapered brick chimney stack. The house is clad in lap siding and features single-pane fixed and casement windows. The half-width porch features wrought iron 'posts' on a closed, brick rail. Decorative features include the eave brackets, bargeboards, and cornerboards.
