This single story bungalow has a rectangular plan with a half width gabled front porch. It sits on a concrete foundation and is clad in beveled siding with a capped water table. The front gabled roof has exposed rafters and is covered with composition shingling. There is a large bargeboard with pointed ends and brackets. The windows are primarily 6/1 wooden double-hung with wide surrounds. The front porch has a gabled roof supported by tapered box columns and a blank frieze. The porch railing is sided and the stairs have a simple rail. There is a shed to the west (rear) and a picket fence enclosing the front yard. A flat roof garage sits to the southwest.
