1201 Washington Street

This single-story commercial building has a rectangular plan. It sits on a slope with a concrete foundation and a basement space. It is mainly clad in vertical groove plywood. The front portion is clad in decorative brick veneer with a panel of stone veneer under the store front windows. The roof is flat. The windows have been fully changed to fixed metal. There may have once been full length store front windows. Metal awnings are attached over the windows. There is parking to the north.
