603 Washington Street

This single-story vernacular residence has a T-shaped plan with a shed addition to the south side of the rear portion of the T. It was most likely originally a garage. It sits on a concrete foundation and is clad in v-notch siding on the north, south and east, and asbestos shingling on the back and addition. There are corner boards. The front gabled roof has no eaves and is covered with composition shingling. The windows are primarily 1/1 wooden double-hung with storms. The front porch is simply a small box gable cantilevering above the front door. There is a high wooden fence surrounding the property.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
