723-N Washington Street

This two-story mixed style residence/apartment complex has a complex plan of several buildings and additions. There is a buried foursquare at the center, with a modern single story major addition to the north. The original house sits on a concrete foundation and is clad in vinyl siding with vinyl windows. The addition is on a concrete foundation and appears to be brick with multiple low sloped roofs and lots of glass. The site is grounded upon a large rock formation. A separate two-story apartment building sits to the south. It has ground floor parking and is clad in plywood board and batten.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
