407 Monroe Street

This c.1930 minimal tract house has a square plan with a side facing gable roof. A center gable roof covers an enclosed entrance porch. Boxed in soffits with diminutive eave returns are present below the eaves. The majority of windows are non-historic fixed vinyl windows with a grid. Some windows on the rear elevation are 8-pane or 7-pane windows with diamond shaped panes. An exposed brick chimney is present on the south elevation. Alterations include a non-historic wood porch with a deck, balustrade and railing flanking the main entrance.
