Located behind #810 Monroe, this side gabled duplex sits on a poured concrete foundation. The two sides are a mirror image of each other. Each has a large picture window and a door with concrete steps running parallel to the house. There is a 1/1 double-hung window between the door and the side of the house. The north entrance steps have a metal hand rail and the south entrance has a wood handrail. The north and south elevations have a small shed roof hood over the door. The roof eave extends over the doors in the center of the structure but cuts back over the window. The asbestos ceramic shingle siding is probably original.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
